Carl worked at a host of impressive restaurants including Castle Combe, before taking over as Executive Chef at Thornbury Castle in 2020. His passion and drive were rewarded by achieving 3 AA rosettes putting the property firmly on the culinary map!
Tommy worked for Carl at Thornbury Castle before moving on to ethicurean in Bristol, Tommy then went to competing in the latest MasterChef: The Professionals 2023 series, finishing in the top three!
